add a transparent pricing strip — common procedures with $-range + HICAPS note copy prompt

I’d like to add the pricing strip as a new section. Where would you like it to appear on the page? - After the services section - Before the contact section - At the bottom, just before the footer - As a new top section (right after the hero)
